Massachusetts Liberals Unhinged

For a good synopsis of all that conservatives find objectionable about liberalism, take a look at the Boston Globe’s Eileen McNamara’s recent column on the same sex marriage dispute in Massachusetts.
Last week, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (the same court that redefined marriage) issued a ruling wherein they stated that Legislators were constitutionally obligated to vote on a petition that would place the same sex marriage issue on a ballot for a popular vote.
Predictably, liberals were outraged: To the ramparts they cried! This is inserting discrimination into the state constitution! A vote for this measure would give a minority less rights than the majority! If you vote to place the initiative petition on the ballot, you are a bigot!
McNamara’s column encapsulates the haughtiness with which liberals proselytize their social scheme and the utter disdain with which they hold those who do not agree with their attempts to impose the agenda of the Licentious Left.
This issue nicely brings to the fore the hypocrisy, and the specious reasoning used to justify social arrangements with which most citizens staunchly disagree. Hence, the attempts to implement same through judicial imposition.
Stay tuned, the same sex marriage issue in Massachusetts is not over.
