After South Carolina, it is abundantly clear that Bill is running, and Hillary, just so happens to be on the ticket.
Hillary, in the words of George Will, has “been reduced to the role of surrogate speaker for her husband, the king across the water, restive for a Restoration with her tagging along.”
So much for Hillary making it on her own…
